I've logged into my account but don't see wholesale pricing, why?

In March of 2018 Teddy launched a new Wholesale website. Because of this, existing wholesale partners need to create an account for the new site. If you're at TeddytheDog.com click "Shop - Returning Partners" under the Wholesale Menu.

That will bring you to https://teddythedog.wholesale.shopifyapps.com/accounts/sign_in.

At the bottom of the login screen click 'Create account' link. Just create an account and be sure to use the same e-mail address you used to place wholesale orders before. Once you create and confirm your account, you should have access to the wholesale site with correct pricing.

If you have an account for our wholesale site but are not seeing products or wholesale prices, it could be because we don't have your Reseller ID on file. Please drop a line to [e-mail] and include a copy of your Reseller ID. You can also reach us by telephone [phone] x 2 if you need assistance!  Don't have a reseller ID? We also have programs for customers who buy in bulk but are not technically resellers so don't hesitate to contact if that's you.
